In various roles with Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation, Paul has contributed to a wide variety of government files and initiatives including travel data collection, model development, forecasting, policy development and regional transportation planning.


He is the project team lead on the connected and automated vehicles research and scenario planning stream being done as part of the Ministry’s ongoing work to develop a long-range multimodal transportation plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe region. Paul also represents the Ministry’s Transportation Planning Branch on the project steering committee for the ongoing CAV Readiness Plan project co-led by the Ministry in collaboration with Metrolinx, the City of Toronto, the Region of Peel and WSP.


Paul holds a Master of Engineering degree in Cities Engineering and Management from the University of Toronto.
